abortion care listening circle

this midwife/chaplain-facilitated listening circle is for people who have utilized abortion services as part of their reproductive care.  participants are welcome no matter how recent or distant the care, no matter how positive or negative the experience, no matter how simple or complex the story, and no matter the reason for termination.  

this chaplain-facilitated listening space is created with deep awareness of the harm that religious and spiritual entities and organizations have perpetuated against people exercising control over their own bodies, and gates will be kept fiercely in our space to honor and protect your ability to tell your story without interruption, reproach, or proselytization.

this is not a space for solutions, judgment, or advice--it's a space where we can tell our stories, find our own right ways to process and grow, and support each other through deep listening.  before attending, it's very important to read the event details for listening circles here.
